FlowIP uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record (MoR) for all payment processing. This means:
- Paddle processes all payments: Your payment card or other payment method is charged by Paddle, not FlowIP directly
- Paddle issues all invoices: You will receive invoices from Paddle for your FlowIP subscription
- Paddle handles sales tax/VAT: Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location
- Refunds are processed through Paddle: All refund transactions are handled by Paddle's billing system
By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
