Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 22, 2026

Payment Processing by Paddle

All payments for FlowIP subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers outside the USA) or Paddle.com Inc. (for customers in the USA), acting as our Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and refund transactions on our behalf.

Annual Renewal Notice

We email you 30 days before each annual renewal

1. Overview

FlowIP subscription payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund or a charge was made in error. You can evaluate FlowIP before paying and cancel at any time to stop future billing.

By subscribing to FlowIP, you agree to this Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service. This policy is aligned with Paddle's Refund Policy.

2. Paddle as Merchant of Record

FlowIP uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record (MoR) for all payment processing. This means:

  • Paddle processes all payments: Your payment card or other payment method is charged by Paddle, not FlowIP directly
  • Paddle issues all invoices: You will receive invoices from Paddle for your FlowIP subscription
  • Paddle handles sales tax/VAT: Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location
  • Refunds are processed through Paddle: Any refund that is due is issued through Paddle's billing system

By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Payments Are Non-Refundable

All subscription charges, monthly or annual, first payment or renewal, are final and non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

The exceptions are described in Section 6: charges made in error, and refund or withdrawal rights that applicable law grants and that cannot be waived.

4. Evaluating FlowIP Before You Pay

New accounts start with a limited free evaluation that requires no payment method and expires after 14 days. It includes limited viewing and a fixed fictional sample CSV, not downloads of your search results. The evaluation never converts automatically to a paid subscription. Full profiles and prosecution analysis require Pro, which starts when payment completes. Selected-candidate CSV and XLSX summaries also require an approved organization and follow the published organization allowances: 200 new summaries per monthly allowance period and 600 in any rolling 365 days. You are charged at checkout.

5. Cancellation and Renewal Notice

When You Cancel

  • • No further charges are taken
  • • Access continues until the paid period ends
  • • The current period is not refunded

Before an Annual Renewal

  • • We email the account owner 30 days ahead
  • • The email states the renewal date and amount
  • • Cancel before that date to avoid the charge

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the FlowIP dashboard, or by contacting support@flowip.io.

6. Billing Errors and Statutory Rights

6.1 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you have been charged in error or notice a duplicate charge, contact us at support@flowip.io with your account email and Paddle invoice number. We will investigate and refund any erroneous charge through Paddle.

6.2 Rights Under Applicable Law

Some jurisdictions give consumers a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase or receive a refund. Where such a right applies to you and cannot be waived, it takes precedence over this policy, and requests are handled by Paddle under Paddle's Refund Policy. You can submit them through the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net.

6.3 Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days. Access to paid features ends when a refund is issued.
